Giulia Chitarrini & Daniela Eisenstecken sind Chemikerinnen am Versuchszentrum Laimburg, Labor für Aromen und Metaboliten, das am NOI Techpark in Bozen angesiedelt ist. Beide Chemikerinnen und das Institut lieferten eine umfassende Analyse des FLORAE Käses, der im Rahmen der BAU Residency 2019 mit dem Künstlerduo Cooking Sections.

Giulia Chitarrini & Daniela Eisenstecken are chemists at the Laimburg Research Centre’s Laboratory for Flavours and Metabolites, part of the NOI Techpark in Bolzano. These two chemists and their institute provided a comprehensive analysis of the cheese FLORAE for the BAU Residency 2019 with artist duo Cooking Sections.

Giulia Chitarrini & Daniela Eisenstecken sono chimiche al Centro di Sperimentazione di Laimburg, Laboratorio per aromi e metaboliti, che si trova presso il NOI Techpark di Bolzano. Sia le chimiche che l’istituto hanno fornito un’analisi completa del formaggio FLORAE in occasione della BAU Residency 2019 con il duo d’artisi Cooking Sections.
