Fachberater für Bienenzucht
Ein offense Ohr für die künstlerische Zusammenarbeit am Projekt Bauhaus Beehive von Tamás Kaszás fand BAU bei Andreas Platzer. Er ist Fachberater für die Bienenzucht in Südtirol und leitet die Bildungsstätte für Bienenkunde in Altenburg, der Fachschule für Obst-, Wein- und Gartenbau, Laimburg.
Dies ist jetzt auch der permanente Standort von Bauhaus Beehive, wo im Frühjahr 2016 ein Bienenvolk Einzug finden wird. Das aktive Kunstprojekt wird von Andreas Platzer und seinen Studenten betreut. Die Imkerschule erfährt in Südtirol einen hohen Aufschwung, sie zählt jährlich 400 Studentinnen, welche an den Schulungen und Imkerkursen teilnehmen und wird außerdem jährlich von 1500 Schülern der Grund-und Mittelschule besucht.

Consulente in apicoltura
Andreas Platzer è consulente in apicoltura attivo in Alto Adige, dove dirige il Centro di Educativo di Apicoltura a Castelvecchio di Caldaro, centro promosso dalla scuola professionale per la frutticoltura, viticoltura e floricoltura di Laimburg.
La scuola è ora anche il sito permanente di Bauhaus Beehive, che nella primavera del 2016 ospiterà una nuova colonia di api con la continua supervisione di Andrea Platzer e dei suoi studenti. Il Centro di Educativo di Apicoltura dell’Alto Adige è sempre di più un luogo di interesse e ogni anno vede la partecipazione di oltre 400 studenti nei corsi intensivi di apicoltura. Gli stessi corsi sono stati seguiti anche da 1500 studenti della scuola elementare e media.
